Shipping & Delivery

Orders will arrive on a wooden pallet or crate and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, i.e. kerbside delivery. The courier is unable to assist with unloading the items off the pallet, therefore once the pallet is delivered it is under your care to unload.

If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. The courier will contact you prior to delivery and pallet orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Smaller orders (less than approximately 50kg) will be sent by postal / small package courier services.
