PEBBLEBLOCK is the innovative gravel binder designed precisely to solve this problem, offering a simple, effective and natural solution to stabilize gravel and make any surface more stable and safe.

What is PEBBLEBLOCK?

PEBBLEBLOCK It is a water-based, solvent-free, one-component fixer designed to stabilize inert materials such as gravel, gravel, shavings and natural stone. Once applied and dry, it locks the material in place without compromising soil drainage, creating a tidy, permeable, and weather-resistant surface.

Thanks to its advanced formula, PEBBLEBLOCK guarantees a long-lasting result, resisting foot traffic and bad weather. It doesn't matter if you use it for a walkway, a courtyard or the area around a flower bed: this product will always keep the gravel tidy, with an impeccable aesthetic effect.

What makes PEBBLEBLOCK unique?

Two application methods for one great result!

For best results, use only clean, dry stones that are less than 12mm in size.

After application, allow the treatment to dry for a minimum period of 24 hours. During this time, avoid walking or walking on the surface.

1. Spray Method

Ideal for directly treating surfaces that have already been laid. It is applied with a manual or airless sprayer in a few coats, allowing it to dry 24 hours between applications.

Guidelines:

1. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
2. Shake the product well.
3. Spray evenly with controlled movements.
4. If necessary, rake the material and repeat the application.

2. Mixing Method

Perfect when you want a deep and long-lasting anchor. The product is mixed directly with the aggregates before installation.

Guidelines:

1. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
2. Shake the product well.
3. Mix PEBBLEBLOCK with the inert materials in the ratio 1.5 : 30 (by volume) until you have an even coverage of the material.
4. Pour into the desired area and compact the stones to ensure good adhesion and stability.

Delivery

Orders will arrive on a wooden pallet or crate and will be delivered to the nearest location i.e. Kerbside delivery. The courier is unable to assist with unloading the items off the pallet, therefore once the pallet is delivered it is under your care to unload. If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Courier will contact you approx 1 hour prior to delivery and pallet orders will require a signature upon delivery. Smaller orders (less than 50kgs approx) will be sent by postal / small package courier services.

Ordering

As soon as your order has been placed with us and payment confirmed we will process your order for dispatch. It is the buyers responsibility to insure the quantities and products have been ordered. Mistakes or ammendments to your order should be made via: sales@irwintiles.ie or via tel: 042 9740278. We will do our upmost to change order prior to dispatch. Please allow for circumstances out of the companies control. E&OE. The management reserve the right to refuse any sale.

Returns

We accept for return full un-opened boxes within 28 days from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to return goods to our main warehouse in Castleblayney. Goods returned will be inspected by our warehouse and must be deemed for for re-sale as a new condition.

Samples

We encourage our customers to avail of our free samples service. We can provide up to 3 samples FOC. Samples are pre-cut to approx 10x10cm size. If you require addition or larger samples please contact us. We would like to stress that samples will not give a full representation of the product and are provided to give a general appearance of the goods - but not so as to constitute a sale by sample. If you wish to view any product in more detail please visit our showrooms where you will see products in large room setting.
