Simple To Use Jointing Grout
Follow our easy, 4 step application to save your valuable time without compromising quality.
Our natural sands harden on contact with air, so simply wet the area, brush in the product, and leave it to do the rest. Suitable for use by professional contractors and homeowners.
Jint-It Simple Step by Step Guide:
1. Soak with Water
You must soak your finished paving with water before you open your bucket of Joint-It Simple.
Keep the paving soaked with water while you work. Do not allow the paving to dry as you work with the product. Keep re-wetting the paving as you work.
2. Open Joint-It Simple
The product is vacuum packed tightly inside the bag.
Open the bag and tip the product out onto your wet paving.
3. Applying Joint-It Simple
Use a hard bristle brush to work the product into the joints. You must soak your paving with water before you start to sweep Joint-It Simple into the joints.
Keep the paving soaked with water while you work. Do not allow the paving to dry as you work. Keep re-wetting the paving as you work with the product.
4. Soak Again
When all of the joints are full of product, and the paving looks like this, then soak the paving again with water.
Allow the paving and product to dry. Depending on weather conditions, this will take between 15 and 45 minutes approximately.
5. Sweep in Joint-It Simple
Using a soft bristle brush, sweep over the paved area and top up joints with product until all of the joints are completely full.
Sweep up and remove any excess product.

Delivery
Orders will arrive on a wooden pallet or crate and will be delivered to the nearest location i.e. Kerbside delivery. The courier is unable to assist with unloading the items off the pallet, therefore once the pallet is delivered it is under your care to unload. If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Courier will contact you approx 1 hour prior to delivery and pallet orders will require a signature upon delivery. Smaller orders (less than 50kgs approx) will be sent by postal / small package courier services.
Ordering
As soon as your order has been placed with us and payment confirmed we will process your order for dispatch. It is the buyers responsibility to insure the quantities and products have been ordered. Mistakes or ammendments to your order should be made via: sales@irwintiles.ie or via tel: 042 9740278. We will do our upmost to change order prior to dispatch. Please allow for circumstances out of the companies control. E&OE. The management reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Returns
We accept for return full un-opened boxes within 28 days from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to return goods to our main warehouse in Castleblayney. Goods returned will be inspected by our warehouse and must be deemed for for re-sale as a new condition.
Samples
We encourage our customers to avail of our free samples service. We can provide up to 3 samples FOC. Samples are pre-cut to approx 10x10cm size. If you require addition or larger samples please contact us. We would like to stress that samples will not give a full representation of the product and are provided to give a general appearance of the goods - but not so as to constitute a sale by sample. If you wish to view any product in more detail please visit our showrooms where you will see products in large room setting.
